摘  要:职业素质培养是高职院校就业育人的重要内容,也是高职院校践行素质教育的根本体现。着重围绕职业道德、职业意识、职业行为三个维度,探析高职学生职业素质意义建构的方法和路径,并从学生主体、教师主导的角度提出高职学生职业素质培养策略。Professional quality training is an important content of vocational college employment education,and it is also the fundamental embodiment of professional moral quality education in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the three dimensions of professional ethics,professional consciousness and professional behavior,analyzes the methods and paths of constructing the meaning of vocational quality of higher vocational students,and puts forward the cultivation strategies of vocational quality of higher vocational students from the perspective of being student-oriented and teacher-led.
