摘 要:水利堤防工程是江河和湖泊用以管护水域、防洪度汛的建筑设施,直接关系到国民的生命和财产安全,其重要性不言而喻,因此及时发现堤防隐患,保障堤防安全具有重大意义。机载激光雷达用于巡查堤防隐患时是无接触式的,相比传统方法而言,在灵活性、时效性、及环境适应性等方面具有显著的优势。文章主要介绍了利用无人机机载激光雷达对人工模拟的堤防隐患进行巡查的试验过程,以及取得的良好应用效果。通过试验积累了一定的经验,希望为水利堤防安全管理部门或者相关科研单位在堤防隐患巡查课题的开展方面提供参考。Water conservancy embankment engineering is a building facility used by rivers and lakes to manage water bodies and prevent floods.It is directly related to the safety of people s lives and property,and its importance is self-evident.Therefore,timely detection of embankment hidden dangers and ensuring embankment safety are of great significance.Airborne LiDAR is non-contact when used to inspect hidden dangers in embankments.Compared with traditional methods,it has significant advantages in flexibility,timeliness,and environmental adaptability.This article mainly introduces the experimental process of using unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)airborne LiDAR to inspect artificially simulated embankment hazards,and the good application results achieved.The experiments have accumulated certain experience and can provide references for the safety management departments of water conservancy embankments or relevant scientific research units in carrying out inspections of hidden dangers in embankments.
