摘　　要：在文化的传播活动中,作者是最重要的文化资源之一。作为中国近代最早的具有现代特征且存续时间最长的官办出版机构,海关造册处的作者以洋员为主,呈现出不同于同时期中国其他出版机构,也不同于现代任何出版机构的鲜明特征。对其作者构成、特征和其逆近代社会潮流开展“东学西传”时作用的研究,给当代和后世带来的学术、技术和社会影响的剖析,对于当代中国优秀文化传播竞争力、话语体系、跨文化传播有重要的示范意义和研究价值。Authorship is one of the most important resources in cultural communication activities.As the earliest official publishing organization with modern characteristics and the longest existence in modern China,the Customs Statistical Department,with its predominantly foreign authors,presents distinct characteristics that are different from other publishing institutions in China at the same period as well as from any modern publishing institution.The study of the composition and characteristics of its authors and their role in carrying out“Chinese culture spread”against the trend of modern society,as well as the analysis of the academic,technological and social impacts on the present and future generations,have important demonstration significance and research value for contemporary China on building cultural communication competitiveness,constructing discourse system and promoting cross-cultural communication.
