摘　　要：《淮南子》成书于西汉初期诸子百家思想之大综合的时代。由于引用文献的丰富性与思想倾向的复杂性,长期以来,《淮南子》学派问题一直是国内外学界争论的焦点。英语世界对《淮南子》学派问题的研究,发端于20世纪70年代西方汉学界对汉代黄老思想的讨论,后逐渐发展为独立的学术问题,并形成了不同于国内学界主流观点“杂家说”与“道家说”的新主张,即《淮南子》超越学派的划分,不属于任何一家。尽管这种观点逐渐得到了部分西方学者的赞同,但从目前来看远没有达成共识。如何正确认识《淮南子》的学派归属与思想体系仍是英语世界研究者未来要回答的问题。Huainanzi was written in the early Former Han Dynasty,a period of ideological synthesis.Due to the richness of literature sources and the complexity of ideological tendencies,the intellectual affiliation of it has long been the focus of domestic and oversea scholars.The study on the intellectual affiliation of Huainanzi in the English world originated from the study on silk manuscripts unearthed from Mawangdui in the late 1970s.At first,the study mainly focused on the relationship between Huainanzi and Huang-Lao Daoism.Then it has gradually developed into an independent academic issue and a new viewpoint has been put forward,namely Huainanzi does not belong to any intellectual affiliation.Although this view has increasingly been shared by scholars in the English world,it is far from a consensus.How to properly comprehend the intellectual affiliation of Huainanzi is still an unsolved problem in the English world.
