摘 要:江苏职业教育跨境输出在引进来方面主要采取招收留学生和援外培训模式,在输出方面主要采取校企协同、校企主导多元参与的方式。江苏职业教育跨境输出与“一带一路”下国际产能合作耦合存在没有制定统一的对外输出职业标准、针对性的具体跨境输出政策法规较少、缺乏提供方案解决的高端智库、一体化的办学联盟框架需待架构等问题,亟待从可行性评价机制、运行评价机制、协同机制、改进机制等维度架构职业教育跨境输出与国际产能合作耦合的长效机制。Jiangsu vocational education export mainly focus on recruiting international students and providing foreign aid training in terms of“attracting foreign capital”;In terms of“go global”,the main approach is college-enterprise collaboration,and diversified participation with school-enterprise’s leadership.This paper discussed the problems faced by the coupling between Jiangsu vocational education export and international production capacity cooperation in the context of“belt and road”initiative,such as the lack of unified professional standards for export,the insufficiency of specific targeted cross-border export policies and regulations,the lack of high-level think tanks to provide solutions,the need for an integrated framework of school running alliances,etc.It is urgent to establish a long-term mechanism for the coupling between vocational education export and international production capacity cooperation from the dimensions of feasibility evaluation mechanism,operational evaluation mechanism,collaborative mechanism,and improvement mechanism.
