摘　　要：红色文化资源包含了中国共产党领导人民进行革命、改革的历史,是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分。随着经济全球化进程的加快,高校大学生思想道德和生活方式不免受到多元文化的影响,这给高职院校的思想政治教育工作带来了新挑战。新时代,高职院校应将红色文化融入学生思想政治教育工作中,从构建精细化的教学平台、网络平台和实践平台等方面搭建完备的线上线下红色文化教育平台,从加强组织领导与保障、加快建设红色文化研究团队、设立红色文化专项资金和构建教育反馈评估机制等方面全方位健全高职院校红色文化育人体制机制。red cultural resources,which are an important part of the advanced socialist culture,contain the history of revolution and reform led by the CPC.With the acceleration of economic globalization,the thoughts,morals,and lifestyles of college students are inevitably influenced by multiculturalism,which brings new challenges to the ideological and political education in vocational colleges.Therefore,in the new era,vocational colleges should integrate red culture into the ideological and political education of students.A complete online and offline red culture education platform can be constructed by building a refined teaching platform,network platform and practical platform.We can comprehensively improve the red culture education in vocational colleges by strengthening organizational leadership,promoting the research of red culture,setting up special research funds,and constructing feedback and evaluation mechanisms.
