摘　　要：硕士专业学位研究生教育是我国研究生培养体系的重要部分,承担着为国家培养符合产业、行业需求的高素质实践创新人才的重任。地方高校硕士专业学位研究生培养过程中存在着职业导向不明确、实践能力培养载体不丰富、实践培养机制不健全等突出问题。内蒙古民族大学深入贯彻落实国家关于硕士专业学位研究生的培养要求,以服务需求为导向,以提高培养质量为目标,以实践创新能力培养为重点,积极探索双导师联动、案例比赛撬动、课内外互动、校地合作驱动的硕士专业学位研究生实践能力培养新路径,取得了显著的成绩。The postgraduate education of professional master's degree is an important part of China's postgraduate training system,which bears the responsibility of cultivating high-quality practical innovation talents that meet the needs of the industry for the country.There are prominent problems in the cultivation of professional master's degree in local universities,such as unclear career orientation,insufficient practical ability cultivation carriers,and unsound practical cultivation mechanisms.Inner Mongolia Minzu University actively explores new paths for the cultivation of practical ability of professional master of education driven by dual mentor linkage,case competitions,in class and out of class interaction,and school local cooperation in the context of the national requirements for the cultivation of professional master's degree,with the guidance of service needs,the goal of improving the quality of cultivation,and the focus on practical innovation ability cultivation.It has made remarkable achievements.
