高校师范生本科教育实习问题与对策

摘　　要：教育实习以培养师范生的从教能力、专业技能、社会责任感、教学研究能力等为主要目的。因教育实习对高校师范生提高专业技能、培养综合能力和就业、创业提供帮助,在课改新形势下,本科师范生的教育实习,已引起相关高校越来越多的关注与重视。针对高校师范本科生教育实习的重要性、教育实习的特点和存在的问题、实习生提高综合能力的途径等问题、提出了提高教育实习质量的途径。The main purpose of educational internships is to cultivate the teaching ability,professional skills,sense of social responsibility,and teaching research ability of normal students.The education internship of undergraduate normal students has attracted the attention and importance from relevant universities,as it can improve their professional skills,cultivate their comprehensive abilities,and provide assistance for employment and entrepreneurship.The importance of undergraduate education internships in normal universities,the characteristics and existing problems of educational internships,the ways for interns to improve their comprehensive abilities and other issues,as well as the paths to improve the quality of educational internships,have been proposed.
