摘　　要：梅奥通过对霍桑实验的总结而确立了人的社会性和社会合作对管理的重要价值,创立了人际关系理论,进而将这一视角延伸到对工业文明条件下“社会失调”问题的反思,提出了社会能力与技术能力的平衡对工业文明健康发展的重要性,使人际关系理论超越管理层面而具有了深刻的社会哲学意涵。George Elton Mayo established the important value of human sociality and social cooperation to management by summarizing Hawthorne s experiment,and further set up the interpersonal relationship theory.This perspective,evolving to the reflection on the“social maladjustment”in industrial civilization,puts forward that the balance between social ability and technical ability is important to the healthy development of industrial civilization.Therefore,the interpersonal relationship theory,transcending management,contains profound social philosophy implications.
