摘 要:BWIM系统在进行轴重计算时需要先获取该结构的影响线,根据实际测量应变计算得到结构的影响线,并以此影响线作为Moses算法计算轴重的依据。以佛陈桥为基础,通过对正交异性钢桥面的纵向U肋进行标定试验,利用BWIM系统可以得到U肋的弯矩影响线和车辆信息。在获得结构影响线的前提下,利用Moses算法识别车辆的轴重和总重等信息。但是不同长度的U肋影响线对轴重识别精度有较大的影响,因此就4种长度影响线对轴重识别精度的影响做了对比分析,结果表明,当取纵向U肋的影响长度为3倍横隔板间距时,轴重识别的精度最高。因此,当BWIM系统应用到正交异性桥面板进行轴重识别时,如果其纵肋形式为U肋,则选用3倍横隔板间距长度的影响线进行轴重识别。It is generally necessary to acquire the influence line(IL)of the structure when BWIM system is utilized to identify the axles of moving vehicles on the bridge.The influence line of the structure is calculated according to the actual measured strain,and this influence line is used as the basis for Moses algorithm to calculate the axle load.In the paper,based on the Fochen Bridge,the longitudinal U-rib of orthotropic steel bridge deck is calibrated,and the bending moment influence line and vehicle information of U-rib can be obtained by BWIM system.On the premise of obtaining the structure influence line,Moses algorithm is used to identify the axle weight and total weight of the vehicle.However,U-rib influence lines of different lengths have great influence on the recognition accuracy of axle load.Therefore,in this paper a comparative analysis of the influence lines of four lengths on the recognition accuracy of axle load is carried out.The results show that the recognition accuracy of axle load is the highest when the influence length of longitudinal U-rib is 3times the transverse partition distance.Therefore,when the BWIM system is applied to the orthotropic bridge deck for axle load identification,if the longitudinal rib form is U-rib,the influence line of 3times the transverse partition spacing length is selected for axle load identification.
