摘  要:目的探讨适合我国国情的住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)基地、专业基地运行机制和培训模式。方法选取北京市近3年住培结业考核首考通过率排名前5的3家培训基地为研究对象,笔者通过每个基地14天的进修学习,采取访谈管理专家、医学教育专家,观摩教学活动,实地查看场地等方式,对考察结果进行分析。结果3家培训基地均建立了完整的住培管理架构;医学教育专家在住培医学教育中发挥了督导、咨询和决策作用;3家培训基地均充分发挥了专业基地的主体作用。结论理顺培训基地和专业基地的运行机制,发挥医学教育专家的专业支撑作用和专业基地的主体作用,对建立符合我国国情的住培培训模式,保障住培工作落地具有重要意义。Objective To initially understand the current situation of the operation mechanism of residency training management in training bases around the country,and explore the operation mechanism and training mode of standardized training bases and professional bases for resident physicians that are suitable for China's national conditions.Methods Three training bases were selected as the research objects from the top five with the highest passing rate of the first examination of standardized training for resident physicians in Beijing in the past three years.Through 14 days'further study in each base,the investigation results were analyzed by interviewing management experts and medical education experts,observing teaching activities,and inspecting the site on the spot.Results The three training bases had established a complete management framework for standardized training of resident physicians.Medical education experts played the role of supervision,consultation and decision-making in medical education in all three training bases.The three training bases fully played the main role of professional bases.Conclusion By rationalizing the operation mechanisms of training bases and professional bases,we can give full play to the professional support role of medical education experts and the main role of professional bases.It is of great significance to establish a residency training model in line with China's national conditions and ensure the implementation of standardized training for resident physicians.
