摘 要:目的基于胜任力导向医学教育模式,探索符合中国国情、具有中国特色且适用于麻醉科住院医师岗位胜任力的评估框架。方法以关键胜任力为基础,设定初步的评价指标体系,遴选18位麻醉学专业的临床专家,护理领域及行政方面的专家,通过行为事件访谈法和德尔菲法(Delphi法)确定麻醉科住院医师岗位胜任力的评估指标体系。结果经过2轮专家函询,专家问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家的积极性高,专家权威程度系数分别为0.873和0.955,专家意见的Kendall’s W协调系数分别为0.289和0.336。第2轮调查后达成了共识,最终商定6个一级指标,24个二级指标,90个三级指标,初步建立胜任力评估框架。结论采用Delphi法构建的麻醉科住院医师岗位胜任力的评估框架具有科学性和严谨性,为麻醉科住院医师的评价提供了新的视角,有利于提高麻醉科住院医师胜任力水平,从而提高综合能力,促进住院医师更快更好地向临床医师的角色转变。Objective To explore a competency assessment framework for anesthesiology residents based on the competency oriented medical education model,which is suitable for Chinese national conditions and Chinese characteristics.Methods On the basis of key competency,a preliminary evaluation index system was set up,and 18 clinical experts,nursing experts and administrative experts of anesthesiology were selected.The evaluation index system was determined by the behavioral event interview method and Delphi method.Results After two rounds of expert correspondence consultation,the effective recovery rate of expert questionnaire was 100%,the experts were highly motivated,the coefficients of expert authority were 0.873 and 0.955,and the Kendall coefficients of expert opinions were 0.289 and 0.336,respectively.After the second round of investigation,a consensus was reached,and finally 6 first-level indicators,24 second-level indicators and 90 third-level indicators were agreed,and the competency evaluation framework was initially established.Conclusion Constructed by Delphi method,the anesthesiology apparatus of post competency assessment framework for residents is scientific and conscientious.It provides a new angle of view for anesthesiology apparatus of master graduate student evaluation,and improves the graduate student competency level,thus improves their comprehensive ability and promotes the medical students to better and faster change the role as clinicians.
