摘  要:利用静电纺丝法将胶原蛋白肽与普鲁兰共混,以水为唯一溶剂,制备纳米纤维膜,研究不同胶原蛋白肽添加量对纺丝效果的影响。分析不同胶原蛋白肽/普鲁兰配比对纺丝液溶液性质的影响,使用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试,分析纤维膜的微观形貌及分子间相互作用。利用高级综合热分析系统和单纤维强力仪研究纤维膜的热学及力学性能。结果表明,胶原蛋白肽含量对溶液电导率影响显著,在胶原蛋白肽/普鲁兰配比为60/40时可以得到均匀度高的纳米纤维,平均直径为300 nm,纤维膜的应力、应变值与COP含量成反比。拟合结果显示,胶原蛋白肽与普鲁兰之间的分子间相互作用力以分子间氢键为主,纳米纤维膜DSC曲线上的热焓值较单一成分小,热稳定性得到改善。Collagen peptide(COP)and pullulan(PUL)are blended to prepare nanofiber membrane by electrospinning with water as the sole solvent,and the effect of different collagen peptide addition amounts on the spinning effect is studied.The effects of different COP/PUL ratios on the properties of spinning solution are analyzed,and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)are used to analyze the microscopic morphology of the fiber membrane and the interaction between molecules.The thermal(TG,DSC)and mechanical properties of the fiber membrane are studied by using advanced integrated thermal analysis system and single fiber strength meter respectively.The results show that the COP content has a significant effect on the conductivity of the solution.When the COP/PUL ratio is 60/40,high uniformity nanofibers can be obtained,with an average diameter of 300 nm.The stress and strain values of the fiber membrane are inversely proportional to the COP content.The fitting results show that the intermolecular interaction between COP and PUL is dominated by intermolecular hydrogen bond,and the enthalpy value on the DSC curve of the nanofiber membrane is smaller than that of a single component,and the thermal stability is improved.
