摘 要:在全球传统能源紧缺的背景和碳达峰、碳中和目标的指引下,中国光伏行业获得迅速发展。而发展中存在的问题也突显出来,其中,光伏组件的清洁及探伤难题尤为突出。为解决这些难题,提出并设计了一种基于蓄能基站供能的光伏电站智能运维机器人。该运维机器人由机器人主体结构、移动系统、清洁系统、探伤系统、供能系统5部分构成,其可利用红外热成像技术对光伏组件的热斑、隐裂等进行探测,并将数据传输至主控平台;同时,针对光伏组件清洁问题,利用高温蒸汽去除各类难以清除的污垢。经过验证发现,所设计的光伏电站智能运维机器人不仅达到了较好的清洗效果,且对光伏组件热斑、隐裂的探测基本达到了预期设计目标,具有良好的应用价值。Against the backdrop of global traditional energy shortage and the guidance of emission peaking and carbon neutrality goal,China’s PV industry has developed rapidly.The problems existing in the development are also highlighted,among which,the cleaning and flaw detection problems of PV modules need to be solved urgently.To solve these problems,an intelligent operation and maintenance robot for PV power station based on energy storage base station is proposed and designed.This intelligent operation and maintenance robot consists of five parts:robot main body,drive system,cleaning system,flaw detection system and energy supply system.The robot can use infrared imaging technology to detect the heat spots and hidden cracks of PV modules,and transmit the data to the main control platform.At the same time,for the cleaning problem of PV modules,hightemperature steam is used to remove all kinds of dirt that is difficult to remove.After verification and analysis,the intelligent operation and maintenance robot for PV power station not only achieves a good cleaning effect,but also plays a good detection function for the thermal spots and hidden cracks of PV modules,basically achieves the expected design objectives,and has good application value.
