摘 要:在当前科技和信息化的浪潮下,大数据、人工智能和物联网等技术已经被普遍运用于各个领域,而粮油企业质量管理系统的使用,正是粮油质量管理向着更优质的方向前进的必然趋势。一些大型粮油企业正在努力寻找实施质量管理的标准化、规范化途径,并致力于建立一个具有自动化、智能化、信息化特点的质检中心。同时,研究并优化一个覆盖整个粮食供应链的质量检测平台,以此来转变过去的质量检测手段和管理模式,实现粮油质量管理的数字化转型。本文从粮油质量管理数字化转型的愿景和目标出发,分析粮油质量管理数字化转型的相关技术,并探讨粮油质量管理数字化转型路径,旨在为粮油企业带来更多的经济效益和社会效益。In the current wave of technology and informationization,technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things have been widely used in various fields.The use of quality management systems in grain and oil companies is a step towards better quality management.Grain and oil companies are striving to find standardized and standardized ways to implement quality management,and are committed to establishing a quality inspection center with automation,intelligence,and information technology characteristics.At the same time,they are also studying and optimizing a quality inspection platform covering the entire grain supply chain,in order to transform the past quality inspection methods and management models,and achieve the digital transformation of grain and oil quality management.Starting from the vision and goal of digital transformation of grain and oil quality management,this paper analyzes relevant technologies of digital transformation of grain and oil quality management,and discusses the path of digital transformation of grain and oil quality management,aiming at bringing more economic and social benefits to grain and oil enterprises.
