摘 要:目的:高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡肉中的甲氧苄啶残留量,评估实验过程中引入的不确定度。方法:建立数学模型,对不同分量从来源进行不确定度分析,分别量化后合成,最终形成鸡肉中甲氧苄啶残留量测定的不确定度分析方法。结果:鸡肉样品甲氧苄啶残留量为10.011 3μg·kg^(-1),包含因子k=2时,其扩展不确定度为0.778 8μg·kg^(-1)。结论:在鸡肉中甲氧苄啶的检测中,可以通过提高标准曲线的准确度以及仪器的精密度降低结果的不确定度,从而提高结果的准确性。Objective:To determine trimethoprim residue in chicken meat by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and to evaluate the uncertainty introduced in the experiment.Method:A mathematical model was established to analyze the uncertainty of different components from the source,which were quantified and synthesized respectively,and finally an uncertainty analysis method for the determination of trimethoprim residue in chicken was formed.Result:The residue trimethoprene in chicken samples was 10.011 3 μg·kg~(-1),and the estended uncertainty was 0.778 8 μg·kg~(-1) when k=2 was included.Conclusion:In the detection of trimethoprim in chicken,the accuracy of the results can be improved by improving the accuracy of the standard curve and the precision of the instrument to reduce the uncertainty of the results.
