摘　　要：复合创新型人才是当今社会研究领域必不可少的组成部分,研究生创新能力的培养是化学学科硕士研究生培养的重要目标。加强农林院校中化学类研究生创新能力培养,需要交叉特色学科交流,搭建实践、实验交流平台,建设相应特色课程。将科学研究与研究生创新意识和创新能力的培养紧密结合,建立研究生创新能力培养的新体系。Composite creative talents are an indispensable part of the research field in today's society.The cultivation of innovative ability of postgraduates is an important goal of the cultivation of postgraduates in chemistry.To strengthen the cultivation of innovation ability of chemistry graduate students in agriculture and forestry colleges,we need to cross the special subjects exchange,set up practice and experiment exchange platform,build corresponding characteristic courses.Training should combine with scientific research and graduate students innovation consciousness and creative ability.The aim is to establish the new system for cultivating the post-graduate's innovation capability.
