后疫情时代背景下研究生课程思政混合式教学模式探究

摘　　要：新冠感染疫情的突然暴发,教育领域化“疫情危机”为“教改契机”,逐步转向线上线下混合的教学模式。该文选取管理类专业研究生为对象,分析后疫情时代研究生课程思政教学模式面临的难题,为实现混合式教学模式和思政元素育人内容有机结合,从师生观念、课程设计、教学方式和教学效果等方面,探索研究生课程思政混合式教学模式路径,以实现“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”三位一体的人才培养目标,全面提升研究生培养质量。The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has triggered exploration and discussion of emergency plans for public health emergencies in the education field.Turning the"epidemic crisis"into a"teaching reform opportunity"in the field of education,we gradually turned to a mixed online and offline teaching model.We select postgraduates majoring in management as the object,and analyze the difficulties of postgraduate education teaching mode in the post-epidemic era.In order to realize the trinity of personnel training targetofthe knowledge,ability and value model,we try to explore hybrid teaching mode path of graduate courses from education concept,course design,teaching methods,teaching effects,which will comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate training.
