摘  要:“三全育人”是对新时期高职院校德育工作的要求,体现了立德树人的根本任务。文章从充分认识高职院校“三全育人”的重要性出发,对高职院校学业导师在“三全育人”体系中的作用进行了分析,并对“三全育人”思想指导下的高职学业导师工作实施路径进行了探析。"Three full education"is the requirement of moral education in the higher vocational colleges in the new era,which reflects the fundamental task of moral education to cultivate people.The excellent teachers in the higher vocational colleges serve as academic tutors,which reflects the whole-person education in the"Three Full education(i.e.full staff education,full process education,and all-round education)".The academic tutors carry out ideological and political education,professional,academic and employment guidance for the students during the three years of college,and care about the growth and success of students and pay attention to the cultivation of students'ability and quality,so as to realize the whole-process education and all-round education.
