摘　　要：高校全面开展劳动教育,是加快建设高质量教育体系,发展素质教育的内在要求。然而高校开展劳动教育过程中存在一定的潜在安全风险,主要包括学生的人身安全风险、生产经营安全风险以及特定岗位上的国家安全风险。在安全风险防控方面仍有明显不足,表现为主体安全风险意识不强,责任单位安全管理制度不够健全,安全风险防控经费供给不足。为此,需要强化主体的安全风险意识,完善相关责任主体的安全管理制度,丰富劳动教育方式,保障高校劳动教育经费供给,确保高校劳动教育安全有序开展。Comprehensive implementation of labor education in colleges and universities is an inherent requirement for accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system and developing quality-oriented education.However,there are some potential safety risks in the process of implementing labor education in colleges and universities,mainly including students'personal safety risks,production and operational safety risks and national security risks in specific positions.There are still obvious deficiencies in safety risk prevention and control,which are manifested as the lack of strong safety risk awareness,inadequate safety management systems in responsible units,and insufficient funding for safety risk prevention and control.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen stakeholders'awareness of safety risks,improve safety management system in relevant responsible entities,diversify labor education methods,ensure adequate funding for labor education,and ensure the safe and orderly implementation of labor education in colleges and universities.
