摘　　要：为了有效深化生物工程专业学位研究生教育教学改革,提高课堂教学质量,以现代生物分离工程课程为例,探讨生物工程专业学位研究生课程案例库建设的必要性,阐述了案例库建设的内容,构建了包含10个典型案例的现代生物分离工程案例库。这些案例能够有效激发学生的学习热情,打开学生的思维,实现理论与实践的高效结合,提高学生的专业素养,对生物工程专业的人才培养具有重要意义。In order to deepen the education and teaching reform of bioengineering professional degree postgraduates and improve the quality of classroom teaching effectively,taking the modern biological separation engineering course as an example,the necessity of the construction of the case library for professional degree graduate courses is discussed,and the content and ideas of the construction of the case library are expounded.A case library of modern biological separation engineering including 10 typical cases has been constructed.These cases can effectively stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning,open up students' thinking,realize the efficient combination of theory and practice,improve students' professional quality,and are of great significance to the cultivation of bioengineering professionals.
