家庭劳动分工的伦理基础探析

摘　　要：家庭是人类社会生活中最基本的伦理实体,对培养主体完善的人格进而更好地参与社会生活起到至关重要的作用。劳动是道德起源的首要前提,家庭劳动是家庭生活的重要内容。因此,对家庭劳动分工的伦理基础进行探析,为其手段和目的上的正当性进行辩护,有助于新时代家庭伦理道德的构建。家庭劳动分工的伦理基础既需要体现其手段之善,即劳动分工的正义,家庭成员共同参与家庭生活和社会生活;又需要体现其目的之善,促进个体的自由全面发展,为个体更好地加入社会生产提供有力支持,同时促进家庭的和谐构建,使家庭更好地实现其应有之功能,从而有利于社会整体和个体自身的发展。The family is the most fundamental ethical entity in human social life,playing a crucial role in cultivating the subject's perfect personality and better participating in social life.Labor is the primary prerequisite for the origin of morality,and family labor is an important part of family life.Therefore,analyzing the ethical foundation of family division of labor and defending its legitimacy in terms of means and purposes is conducive to the construction of family ethics and morality in the new era.The ethical foundation of family division of labor needs to reflect the good of means:that is the justice of labor division,and the joint participation of family members in family and social life.It is also necessary to demonstrate the good of ends.On the one hand,to promote the free and comprehensive development of individuals and provide strong support for them to better participate in social production;on the other hand,it promotes the harmonious construction of the family,enabling the family to better realize its due functions,thereby benefiting the overall development of society and individuals themselves.
