乡村与中国式现代化的当下实践——来自义乌的启示

摘　　要：中国曾经是一个贫穷的,农村人口占多数的国家。党的二十大报告提出中国式现代化,其中第一大特征是“人口规模巨大”,这个特征显然把中国式现代化与中国乡村有机地联系在一起。乡村内生发展中的城乡一体化是中国发展的一个特征,但是,因为对农民群体存在物化谬误和反映论谬误的偏见,造成对发展内生动力的理解不够。义乌是农民在发展中将勤劳与坚韧、合作精神和创新品格等村落伦理和传统精神通过“肯定式采借”“否定式批判”和“创新式肯定”三个阶段,与现代文化结合的中国农村现代化的典型案例。传统的当下实践是某一个历史时期的“总体性过程”,这个“总体性”过程就是中国式现代化在实践中的展开,在“总体性”中国式现代化的当下实践中,国家或者说政府必须是不可或缺的重要因素。China was once a poor,rural-majority country.The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes Chinese-style modernization,the first major characteristic of which is"huge population size",a characteristic that clearly links Chinese-style modernization to the Chinese countryside.Rural-urban integration in endogenous rural development is a feature of China's development,but the bias of the objectification fallacy and the reflectionist fallacy against peasant groups has resulted in an inadequate understanding of the endogenous dynamics of development.Yiwu is a typical case of rural modernization in China,in which farmers have combined village ethics and traditional spirits,such as diligence and perseverance,cooperation and innovation,with modern culture through the three phases of"affirmative borrowing","negative criticism",and"innovative affirmation"in the course of development.Traditional contemporary practice is the"overall process"of a certain historical period,and this"overall"process is the unfolding of Chinese modernization in practice,in which the state,or the government,must be an indispensable and important factor in the contemporary practice of"overall"Chinese modernization.
