摘　　要：探讨艺术设计学科中生产性“学习工厂”教学模式的创新。该模式以模拟真实工作环境的方式,学生在实际项目中学习和应用知识与技能,提高学生的实践能力和就业竞争力。从生产性教育的理论基础、学习工厂教学模式的理论基础、艺术设计学科生产性教学模式创新的理论依据等方面阐述该模式的理论基础。对艺术设计学科教学现状、政策、实践案例、效果评价等进行探讨和分析,并提出相关问题的解决途径。This paper explores the innovation of the production-oriented“learning factory”teaching model in the art and design discipline.This model simulates real working environments to enable students to learn and apply knowledge and skills in actual projects,improving their practical abilities and employability.The paper elaborates on the theoretical foundation of the model,including the theory of production education,the theoretical basis of the learning factory teaching model,and the theoretical basis for the innovation of production-oriented teaching in the art and design discipline.Additionally,the article also introduces the current situation,policies,practical cases,evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness and problems,as well as the analysis of influencing factors and resolution strategies of the art and design discipline teaching.
