摘　　要：民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。乡村振兴发展离不开“三农”人才的支撑,农林高校是“三农”人才培养的主基地,与“三农”工作密不可分。在新时期全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,农林高校要抓住机遇,立足实际,解决问题,发挥优势,探寻路径,建立新时期农林高校人才培养模式,提高“三农”人才质量,为乡村振兴培养符合时代要求的“三农”人才。If the nation wants to be rejuvenated,the countryside must be rejuvenated.Rural revitalization and development is inseparable from the support of talents of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Agricultural and forestry universities are the main base for the training of talents of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",which are closely related to the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In the context of comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new period,agricultural and forestry colleges and universities should seize the opportunity,based on reality,solve problems,give full play to their advantages,explore ways,establish a talent training model for agricultural and forestry universities in the new period,and improve the quality of talents of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",so as to train"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"talents who meet the requirements of the times for rural revitalization.
