县域普通高中发展生态困境与提升路径研究--基于湖北省黄冈市2所县中的调查

摘　　要：2021年12月教育部《“十四五”县域普通高中发展提升行动计划》颁布以来,县域普通高中发展生态备受社会关注。基于教育生态学视角,面向湖北黄冈2所县域普通高中137名教师进行问卷调查以及对部分校长等行政领导进行质性访谈,研究发现:县域普通高中教育发展生态现状整体欠佳,在组织、物质、制度及行为四个分维度都表现不理想,“县中塌陷”的生态困境堪忧。组织生态建设不完善,物质和制度生态建设不均衡,行为生态引导不规范,是县域普通高中“衰败”的主要原因。基于此,有必要通过系统内外靶向施策、教育投入向县域普通高中倾斜、严禁区域间掐尖招生、创新教育管理体制等措施来优化县域普通高中教育生态,全面推进县域普通高中质量提升。Since the promulgation of the“County to County Improvement Plan”by the Ministry of Education in December 2021,the ecological development in the county has received social attention.Based on the perspective of educational ecology,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 137 teachers from two counties in Huanggang,Hubei,and qualitative interviews were con‐ducted with some principal administrative leaders.The study found that the overall ecological status of education development in the county is poor,and the performance in the four dimensions of organization,material,system,and behavior is not ideal.The ecological dilemma of“collapse in the county”is worrying.The main reasons for the“decline”of the county are the imperfect construction of organizational ecology,the imbalance of material and institutional ecology,and the non-standard guidance of be‐havioral ecology.Based on this,it is necessary to optimize the education ecology in the county through targeted policies within and outside the system,inclined education investment towards the county,strict prohibition of top-notch enrollment between re‐gions,innovative education management systems,and other measures,and comprehensively promote the quality improvement of county high schools.
