西安市食用油脂质量安全监管存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：随着人们对食用油脂需求的日益增加,食用油脂的生产和消费都有了显著增长,同时也引发了市场上食用油脂安全性的问题。目前,大多数的研究只集中在餐饮单位食用油脂安全和单纯的技术标准制定等方面,缺少深入分析研究某个具有区域特点的油脂质量安全问题。本文通过分析西安市食用油脂现状,总结了西安市食用油脂质量安全存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的对策。With the increasing demand for edible oils and fats,there has been a significant increase in both production and consumption,which has also raised concerns about the safety of edible oils and fats in the market.At present,most research only focuses on the safety of edible oils and fats in catering units and the formulation of simple technical standards,lacking in-depth analysis and research on the quality and safety issues of oils and fats with regional characteristics.This article analyzes the current situation of edible oils and fats in Xi’an,summarizes the problems in the quality and safety of edible oils and fats in Xi’an,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for these problems.
