摘　　要：目的:建立全自动快速溶剂萃取仪与三重四极杆气相色谱质谱仪联用测定彩椒粉中毒死蜱农药的检测方法。方法:彩椒粉样品经ASE-150全自动快速溶剂萃取仪萃取后氮吹处理,使用三重四极杆气相色谱质谱法对样品进行测定。结果:线性范围为0.05~0.50μg·mL^(-1),相关系数达到0.9999,检出限和定量限分别为0.01μg·kg^(-1)及0.05μg·kg^(-1)。毒死蜱的加标回收率为86.0%~95.5%,相对标准偏差为0.495%~0.707%。结论:该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,可以满足农药残留检测对彩椒粉中毒死蜱的检测要求。Objective:A method for the determination of chlorpyrifos pesticide in color pepper powder was established by using automatic rapid solvent extraction instrument and triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS/MS).Method:The sample of pepper powder was extracted by ASE-150 automatic rapid solvent extraction instrument and then treated by nitrogen blowing.The samples were detected by GC-MS/MS.Result:The linear range of the method was 0.05~0.50μg·mL^(-1),the correlation coefficient could receive above 0.9999,the LOD and LOQ were 0.01μg·kg^(-1) and 0.05μg·kg^(-1),respectively.The recovery rate of chlorpyrifos was 86.0%~95.5%,and the RSD was 0.495%~0.707%.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple and sensitive,which can meet the requirements of pesticide residue detection for chlorpyrifos in color pepper powder.
