摘 要:目的:了解潍坊市近5年市售蜂蜜中氯霉素、甲硝唑的分布趋势,为食品安全监测提供分析数据。方法:2019—2023年随机采集潍坊市售200份蜂蜜样品,采用超高效液相色谱三重四极杆联用技术进行检测,根据检测结果分析样本中氯霉素、甲硝唑分布趋势。结果:200份蜂蜜样本中,氯霉素、甲硝唑检出率均为4.5%。2019年与2020年的甲硝唑检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05);2020年与2021年、2023年的氯霉素检出率均有显著性差异(P<0.05);商品化包装和散装样品的氯霉素检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05);春、夏季采集样品中氯霉素检出率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:潍坊市售蜂蜜样品中,甲硝唑和氯霉素检出率逐年下降。Objective:To understand the distribution trend of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in commercially available honey in Weifang city in the past 5 years,and to provide analytical data for food safety monitoring.Method:From 2019 to 2023,200 honey samples sold in Weifang were randomly collected and detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole technology.The distribution trend of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in the samples was analyzed according to the test results.Result:The detection rates of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in 200 honey samples were 4.5%.There was a significant difference in the detection rate of metronidazole between 2019 and 2020(P<0.05).The detection rate of chloramphenicol in 2020 was significantly different from that in 2021 and 2023(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the detection rate of chloramphenicol between commercial packaging and bulk samples(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the detection rate of chloramphenicol in samples collected in spring and summer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in honey samples sold in Weifang decreased year by year.
