摘  要:文章建立了一种基于高效液相色谱面积归一化法测定番茄红素含量的方法。番茄皮渣、番茄红素油树脂和番茄红素晶体样品经二氯甲烷萃取或溶解制备成样品液后,使用GB 28316—2012方法测定样品中的总类胡萝卜素含量。同时,使用高效液相色谱测定样品液,采用面积归一化法分析得到番茄红素的峰面积比例。然后,通过总类胡萝卜素含量乘以番茄红素的峰面积比例的方式计算样品中的番茄红素含量。该测定方法无需使用番茄红素标准品,操作简单,具有低成本和高精度的优势,适用于各类样品中番茄红素的含量测定。The study established a method for determining the content of lycopene based on the highperformance liquid chromatography area normalization.The total carotenoid content of tomato peel residue,lycopene oleoresin and lycopene crystal samples were determined by GB 28316—2012 after the sample solution was prepared by dichloromethane extraction or dissolution.At the same time,lycopene peak area ratio was obtained by the area normalization method using the sample solution determined by the high-performance liquid chromatography method.The lycopene content in the liquid phase was then was then calculated by multiplying the total carotenoid content and the ratio of lycopene peak area.The method does not need standard lycopene,is simple to operate,has the advantages of low cost and high precision,and is suitable for the determination of lycopene in various samples.
