摘 要:为探讨柚皮苷二氢查尔酮的制备合成工艺,本文通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化制备过程中的氢化工艺,并对氢化产物进行纯化鉴定研究。得到优化氢化工艺为:反应温度25℃、反应压力0.5 MPa、柚皮苷添加量5.8 g/L、NaOH用量为0.21%、反应溶剂为水、反应时间为7.90 h、催化剂为10%的Pd/C、催化剂用量为0.16%。在此条件下,柚皮苷二氢查尔酮的合成产率为93.11%。对合成产物进行结晶纯化,结晶产物经HPLC分析以及核磁共振技术鉴定为柚皮苷二氢查尔酮,纯度为92%。本研究的优化工艺具有反应温度低、反应压力小、反应时间短、柚皮苷二氢查尔酮产率高、产物容易纯化制备等优点,为工业化生产柚皮苷二氢查尔酮提供了高效的氢化工艺参考。In order to investigate the preparation and synthesis process of naringin dihydrochalcone,the hydrogenation process in the preparation process was optimized by single factor test and response surface test,and the hydrogenated products were purified and identified.The optimum hydrogenation process was as follows:at 25℃and a pressure of 0.5 MPa,the addition of naringin was 5.8 g/L,the amount of NaOH was 0.21%,the reaction solvent was water,the reaction time was 7.90 h,the catalyst was 10%palladium carbon(Pd/C),and the catalyst amount was 0.16%.Under these conditions,the synthesis yield of naringin dihydrochalcone was 93.11%.After crystallization,the synthesized product was identified by HPLC and nuclear magnetic resonance techniques,and the product was determined to be naringin dihydrochalcone,and the purity was 92%.The process had the advantages of low reaction temperature,small reaction pressure,short reaction time,high yield of naringin dihydrochalcone,and easy purification and preparation of the product.The study provides reference for an efficient hydrogenation and refining process for industrial production of naringin dihydrochalcone.
