摘　　要：动物医学专业是构建现代农业科学体系的重要学科之一,特别是“新农科”建设以来,紧扣区域经济的发展,在动物健康、公共安全、人类健康等相关领域显得尤为重要。新农科发展对农业人才高质量发展提出了新要求,动物医学人才综合素质的培养更是重中之重。基于此,通过对相关培养方案、课程体系设置、创新教学方法、加强实践教学、完善多元化评价手段等教育过程的阐述,提出高职院校动物医学人才素质的培养策略,以期为新型农科类专业人才培养提供参考。With the vigorous development of modern technology and other aspects,animal medicine talents have become essential in the construction of modern agricultural development systems,especially since the construction of“new agricultural science”,which must be closely linked to the development of the regional economy,and is particularly important in many fields such as veterinary-related industries,law enforcement and management,public welfare and human health.The improvement of people′s living standards has led to higher requirements for the overall quality of human beings than vocational skills,and the comprehensive quality of animal medicine personnel is a problem that needs to be solved.Based on this,this paper puts forward the cultivation strategy for the quality of animal medicine talents in higher education institutions through the elaboration of relevant training programs,setting curriculum system,innovative teaching methods,strengthening practical teaching,improving diversified evaluation means and other educational processes,in order to be able to provide a reference for the quality of training of talents in new agricultural disciplines.
