摘  要:“双减”是我国针对义务教育阶段学生学业负担过重推行的一项重要的教育政策。受到缺乏有效共识、利己决策机制、优质教育资源有限与教育评价维度固化等因素的影响,“双减”实施过程涉及多方博弈,产生的博弈困境影响政策实施效果,减负逐渐陷入了“囚徒困境”。政府需从改变博弈规则、扩大优质资源覆盖面,学校需引导个体建立新的理性,或能走出减负的“囚徒困境”。The“Double Reduction”programme is an important education policy in China to address the ex⁃cessive academic burden on students at the compulsory education level.Influenced by the lack of effective consensus,self-interested decision-making mechanism,limited quality education resources and education evaluation dimension solidification and other factors,the implementation process of the“Double Reduction”involves multi-party games,resulting in game dilemmas affecting the implementation of the policy effect,re⁃ducing the burden of gradually fell into a prisoner’s dilemma.The government needs to change the rules of the game,expand the coverage of quality resources,schools need to guide individuals to establish a new rational⁃ity,perhaps helping them out of the“prisoner’s dilemma”of burden reduction.
