浅析分子肿瘤专家委员会模式对肿瘤科专业型硕士研究生科研思维培养中的意义

摘　　要：临床肿瘤学作为近年来发展迅速的综合性学科,已率先步入精准治疗时代,这对肿瘤学专业型硕士研究生(简称专硕)的科研素养提出更高要求。建立分子肿瘤专家委员会模式,将是传统教学的有益补充,为肿瘤科专硕培养提供新的思路。分子肿瘤专家委员会模式有助于培养肿瘤前沿治疗理念、促进自主学习,并以解决临床问题为导向确立研究方向,开展临床医学转化为基础的科学研究,培养全面的高素质肿瘤学医学人才。As a rapidly developing comprehensive discipline in recent years,clinical oncology has taken the lead in entering the era of precision therapy,which highlights the demands on the scientific research capacity of postgraduates in oncology.The establishment of the Molecular Tumor Board mode will be a beneficial supplement to the traditional teaching mode and provide new ideas for the cultivation of professional postgraduates in oncology.The Molecular Tumor Board mode contributes to cultivating cutting-edge oncological treatment concepts,promoting self-learning ability,establishing research directions oriented towards solving clinical problems,carrying out basic scientific research based on clinical medicine,and cultivating comprehensive and high-quality oncology medical talents.
