摘　　要：在叶企孙一生的教育生涯中,他始终坚持因材施教,注重通才教育,在教学实践中重视基础、科研和实验。叶企孙的教育思想与教学实践在中国高等教育发展史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔,其在教育领域上的探索对于建设社会主义现代化科技强国仍具有重要的借鉴意义。In Ye Qisun's whole educational career,he always insisted on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and paid attention to general education.Pay attention to foundation,scientific research and experiment in teaching practice.Ye Qisun's educational thought and teaching practice have left a deep impression on the development history of higher education in China,and his exploration in the field of education still has important reference significance for building a socialist modern science and technology power.
