摘  要:为有效解决特种车辆装备运维信息化程度低导致的故障检测排查困难等现实问题,提出了一种基于数字孪生的特种底盘混合诊断系统架构及系统建模技术。构建了包含多物理属性的数字孪生体模型,能精准反映远端车辆底盘的状态,实现了全方位的三维可视化监测;提出了一种融合智能检测、知识库诊断和人工专家诊断的混合诊断方法,相比现有方法能显著提高特种底盘的故障诊断效率和装备可靠性。分析了实际工况需求,制定了系统的技术、功能及通讯框架等顶层设计方案,为执行出车任务提供基于数字孪生体监测的混合诊断技术支撑;进一步设计实现了特种底盘混合诊断系统平台,实验验证了所提出架构的有效性。To effectively solve the difficulty of fault detection and troubleshooting caused by the low informationization degree maintenance for special vehicles,a hybrid diagnosis system architecture and modeling method based on digital twin for special chassis was proposed.A digital twin model including multiple physical properties was established to accurately reveal the state of remote vehicle chassis and realize all-round three-dimensional visual monitoring.A hybrid diagnosis method integrating intelligent detection,knowledge base diagnosis and expert diagnosis was proposed,which can improve the diagnosis efficiency and reliability of special chassis compared with existing methods.On the basis of analyzing requirements of the actual working conditions,the top-level design scheme on technology,function and communication framework of the diagnosis system was purposed to provide hybrid diagnosis based on digital twin monitoring during task execution.Furthermore,a hybrid diagnosis platform for special chassis was designed,and the effectiveness of the platform was verified by experiments.
