摘 要:作为中国式现代化人才需求转向与高等职业教育融合推进的联动表现,高质量智能制造人才培养意味着知识传授,能力提升,思政沁润三链融合策略的主动建构。文章以中国特色高等职业教育制度的创新回应为线索,聚焦课程思政赋能范式、内容、路径的系统重构,阐释产学研线性植入向体系化生态建构转型的内在机理。锚定高质量人才培养的目标导向,推动回归育人逻辑、自主发展逻辑、实践创新逻辑的重组内容,指明全面践行三全育人新格局下创新发展+大思政建设精准衔接的推进路径。As the linkage performance of the transformation of the demand for modernization talents in China and the integration and promotion of higher vocational education,the training of high-quality intelligent manufacturing talents means the transmission of knowledge,the improvement of ability,and the active construction of the three-chain integration strategy of ideology and politics.This paper takes the innovative response of the higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics as a cue,focuses on the systematic reconstruction of the paradigm,content and path of curriculum ideology and politics empowerment,and explains the internal mechanism of the transformation from linear implantation of production,university and research to systematic ecological construction.Anchor the goal orientation of high-quality talent training,promote the reorganization of the logic of returning to education,the logic of independent development,and the logic of practice and innovation,and point out the path of advancing the accurate connection between innovative development and great ideological and political construction under the new pattern of Three All-round Education.
