摘 要:校企协同技术技能积累能力的提升是新时代职业教育的重要使命,也是职业教育高质量发展的必然结果,要通过深化产教融合、校企合作,加强职业院校基本能力建设,有效推进职业教育技术技能积累能力提升。本研究运用SPSS26.0对数据进行统计分析,从校企协同技术技能积累的动力机制、激励机制、效益评价机制以及反馈提高机制四个维度对电子商务教学质量中教学背景、教学投入、教学过程、教学成果的影响进行分析,以期全面提高职业院校电子商务专业教学质量,提升技术技能人才培养质量,实现校企协同技术技能积累向电子商务专业教学高质量转化的目标。The improvement of technical skills accumulation based on college-enterprise coordination is an important mission of vocational education in the new era,and also an inevitable result of high-quality development of vocational education.Through deepening the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the basic capacity construction of vocational colleges,and effectively promote the accumulation of technical skills in vocational education.This study uses SPSS 26.0 to make a statistical analysis of the data,and analyzes the influence of four dimensions of technical skills accumulation based on college-enterprise coordination,namely,the driving mechanism,incentive mechanism,benefit evaluation mechanism and feedback improvement mechanism,on the teaching background,teaching input,teaching process and teaching results of the teaching quality of e-commerce,in order to comprehensively improve the teaching quality of e-commerce major in vocational colleges,enhance the training quality of technical skills talents,and realize the goal of transforming the accumulation of technical skills based on college-enterprise coordination into high-quality teaching of e-commerce major.
