摘　　要：本文分析了植物性食品的兴起背景、历史演变、当前市场状况、技术创新应用以及其面临的主要挑战和未来发展趋势,并提出了针对性的策略建议,旨在促进植物性食品行业的发展。This article analyzes the background of the rise of plant-based foods,historical evolution,current market conditions,technological innovation applications,as well as the main challenges and future development trends it faces,and puts forward targeted strategic suggestions to promote the development of the plant-based food industry.
