摘 要:《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》强调劳动课程的实施必须让学生经历完整的劳动过程,让学生亲历情境、亲身体验,通过设计、制作、淬炼、探究等方式获得丰富的劳动体验,以培养学生劳动素养。库伯的“体验学习圈”理论强调学习过程是一个由具体体验—反思观察—抽象概括—行动应用—具体体验的循环活动“圈”,为劳动课程的设计与实施提供理论指导和实施框架。以此理论为指导,通过创设共融性劳动场域,开展对话式劳动反思,激发劳动筹划思维,鼓励创造性劳动实践等策略,设计劳动课程“体验学习圈”,避免劳动体验与课程异化,从而推进劳动课程有序有效实施,以培养“懂劳动、会劳动、爱劳动”的时代新人。The Labor Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)puts forward that“students should experience the labor curriculum as the basic requirement”and“focus on guiding students to obtain rich labor experience through design,production,exploration and other ways”to cultivate students’labor literacy.Cooper’s theory of“experiential learning circle”aims to achieve the learning goal through experience,reflection,generalization,action and other activities,which is consistent with the implementation requirements of the labor curriculum aimed at the cultivation of labor literacy.Therefore,the labor curriculum“experiential learning circle”aimed at the cultivation of labor quality is designed to achieve the goal of labor curriculum.The learning circle has the characteristics of situational,reflective,integrated and comprehensive thinking,and creative practice.In the specific implementation process,it is necessary to create a harmonious labor field,carry out dialogue-based labor reflection,stimulate unified labor thinking,encourage creative labor practice and other strategies to avoid labor experience and curriculum alienation,and promote the orderly and effective implementation of the curriculum,so as to cultivate new talents who“understand labor,be able to labor,and love labor”.
