职业院校成立校友会初步探索

摘　　要：校友会作为学校发展和建设过程中较为重要和特殊的社会组织之一,是以学校为媒介和载体的,其主要功能是为母校服务,通过加强校友间的沟通和联络,增强校友间的友谊,进而促进学校、校友共同成长和发展。职业院校成立校会不仅能够在学校的发展、人才培养等方面起到促进作用,还能够提高学校的社会影响力和声誉,因此在学校的发展是不可或缺的。以校友会的意义和作用为基础,探索了校友会的组建和管理。As one of the important and special social organizations in the process of school development and construction,the alumni association takes the school as the medium and carrier,and its main function is to serve the Alma mater.By strengthening the communication among alumni,the alumni association enhances the friendship among alumni,thereby promoting the common growth and development of the school and alumni.The establishment of school associations in vocational colleges can not only promote the development and talent cultivation of the school,but also enhance the social influence and reputation of the school.Therefore,it is indispensable in the development of the school.Based on the significance and role of alumni associations,the establishment and management of alumni associations are explored in this paper.
