摘 要:目的探究虚拟现实技术在中医针灸教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月河南护理职业学院120名针灸推拿专业学生为研究对象,根据时间不同记为对照组(2022年5—11月)和研究组(2022年12月—2023年4月),两组为同一批学生,对照组实施传统教学模式,观察组实施虚拟现实技术教学模式,对比两组学生教学反馈、考核成绩以及教学满意度。结果观察组学生教学反馈评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生笔试成绩及实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组学生教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比较中医针灸教学应用的传统教学和虚拟现实技术两种教学模式,虚拟现实技术教学模式在改善学生教学反馈、提高考核成绩和教学满意度方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the application effect of virtual reality technology in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture.Methods 120 acupuncture and massage students from Henan Vocational College of Nursing from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different times,they will be divided into the control group(May to November 2022)and the research group(December 2022 to April 2023),the two groups are the same students.The control group implemented the traditional teaching model,and the observation group implemented the virtual reality technology teaching model.Compare the teaching feedback,assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The teaching feedback scores of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The written test scores and practical scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The students'teaching satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing the two teaching modes of traditional teaching and virtual reality technology in acupuncture teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,the virtual reality technology teaching mode is more effective in improving students'teaching feedback,improving assessment results and teaching satisfaction.
