摘 要:目的探讨基于问题的教学方法(problem based learning,PBL)联合角色扮演法在妇产科学本科见习教学中的应用。方法选取2021年9—12月在川北医学院附属医院参加妇产科见习教学的2018级五年制临床专业的84名本科生为研究对象,根据教学模式的不同,分为实施PBL联合角色扮演教学方法的研究组(n=41)及仍采用传统见习模式的对照组(n=43)。课程结束后,完成课后测试题,并以问卷形式完成满意度评价。结果研究组的测试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=5.430,P<0.001)。研究组总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL联合角色扮演教学方法,有利于提升妇产科本科见习教学的教学质量及满意度。Objective To explore the application of problem based learning(PBL)combined role playing method in obstetrics and gynecology undergraduate probation teaching.Methods 84 five-year clinical undergraduates of 2018 who participate in the internship teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from September to December 2021 were selected.According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into the study group(n=41)that implemented PBL combined role playing teaching method and the control group(n=43)that still adopted the traditional internship mode.After the course,complete the test questions after class,and complete the satisfaction evaluation in the form of questionnaires.Results The test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=5.430,P<0.001).The total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined role playing teaching method is conducive to improving the teaching quality and satisfaction of undergraduate trainee teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.
