摘 要:高校青年教师发展已成为高校教育改革和教学质量提升的关键,而高校青年教师发展的核心是教学实践性知识的建构。当前我国高校青年教师在教学实践性知识建构上表现出与“以学生为中心”教学改革不匹配的现实窘境,亟需揭示其教学实践性知识的建构机制。本研究基于扎根理论编码分析发现,高校青年教师教学实践性知识建构可分为自主优化型、适应调整型、自我超越型、逆压重塑型四种建构类型,且其建构意愿走向非单一、建构程度走向非线性。研究认为高校要立足于青年教师主体性视角,全力为其提供专业力强、支持力强、创新力强的教学工作环境,促成其发现教学问题、检验教学假设、诉诸教学行为,实现教学实践性知识的质变转向,大力推进高校课堂革命。The development of young faculty has become the key to the reform of higher education and the improvement of teaching quality,and the core of the development of young faculty is the construction of teaching practical knowledge.At present,the construction of teaching practical knowledge of young faculty in China shows a realistic dilemma that does not match the"student-centered"teaching reform,and it is urgent to reveal the construction mechanism of teaching practical knowledge.Based on the coding analysis of grounded theory,this study found that the teaching practical knowledge construction of young faculty can be divided into four types:autonomous optimization type,adaptive adjustment type,self-transcendence type and compressive remodeling type,and their construction willingness tends to be non-single and the degree of construction tends to be non-linear.The study suggests that universities and colleges should be based on the subjective perspective of young faculty,provide them with a professional,supportive and innovative teaching environment,facilitate them to discover teaching problems,test teaching hypotheses,resort to teaching behavior,realize the qualitative change of teaching practical knowledge,and vigorously promote the classroom revolution in universities and colleges.
