摘  要:贫困生作为高职院校的特殊群体,其获得感水平受到社会的广泛关注。本文通过阐述高职贫困生获得感的内涵,探讨影响高职贫困生获得感的主客观因素,并运用积极心理学理念,从塑造阳光心态,增强积极情绪体验;完善自我意识,培育积极人格特质;优化育人环境,构建和谐校园等三方面提升高职贫困生获得感,从而有利于落实“立德树人,全面发展”的理念,对深化职业教育教学改革,切实提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。As a special group of higher vocational colleges,the impoverished students’sense of gain has attracted more and more attention from the society.This paper expounds the connotation of sense of gain,comparing the difference in sense of gain between poor and non-poor students in higher vocational colleges,discusses the subjective and objective factors in higher vocational colleges,apply the concept of positive psychology,from shaping a sunny mentality,enhancing positive emotional experience,improving self-awareness,cultivating positive personality traits,optimizing the educational environment and building harmonious campus to enhance the sense of gain of impoverished students in higher vocational education,which is conducive to the implementation of the concept of“morality education and all-round development”,and is of great significance of deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching and effectively improving the quality of personnel training.
