摘 要:目的:探讨沉浸式临床体验教学在ICU护理实习生中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于徐州市中心医院ICU临床实习的64名护理实习生作为研究对象,按照入科先后顺序分为体验组与常规组,各32名。常规组采用传统教学法,体验组采用沉浸式临床体验教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:教学后,体验组理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩、观点采择、情感护理、换位思考评分及总分,寻找真理、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分及总分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沉浸式临床体验教学在ICU护理实习生中的应用效果较好,能够提高护理实习生的理论知识掌握度、操作技能水平、共情能力,培养护理实习生批判性思维。Objective:To explore the application effect of immersive clinical experience teaching in ICU nursing interns.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,64 nursing interns who underwent clinical internships in the ICU of Xuzhou Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an experience group and a conventional group according to the order of admission,with 32 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted traditional teaching methods,while the experience group adopted immersive clinical experience teaching methods.The teaching effects were compared between two groups.Results:After teaching,the theoretical knowledge,operational skills,viewpoint taking and selecting,emotional nursing,empathy scores and total scores,the truth-seeking,open-mindedness,analytical ability,systematization ability,selfconfidence,intellectual curiosity,cognitive maturity scores and total scores in the experience group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immersive clinical experience teaching has good application effect in ICU nursing interns,and can improve their theoretical knowledge,operating skill level and empathy ability,and cultivate their critical thinking.
