摘 要:医学高校是孕育、培养高层次医疗人才的摇篮,肩负着促进人类健康事业发展的重任。然而由于诸多原因,各医学高校发展不均衡,其资源与优势各有千秋,如何通过医学高校间的资源共享、优势互补提高医学研究生培养质量成了亟待解决的问题。本文依托广西学位与研究生教育改革课题项目,分析讨论跨高校联合培养研究生模式建立过程中的若干问题,探讨其机制可行性,以期为提高医学研究生教育体制改革、管理机制创新、培养质量的提高提供新的思路。Medical colleges and universities are the cradles of gestating and training high-level medical talents,shouldering the important task of promoting the development of human health.However,due to many reasons,the development of medical colleges and universities is uneven,and their resources and advantages have their advantages.How to improve the training quality of medical postgraduates through resource sharing and complementary advantages among medical universities has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the project on the degree and postgraduate education reform in Guangxi,this paper analyzes and discusses some problems in the process of establishing the mode of joint training of graduate students in colleges and universities,and discusses the feasibility of its mechanism.to provide new ideas for improving the reform of medical postgraduate education system,the innovation of management mechanism and the improvement of training quality.
