摘  要:目的本文通过分析病理学实验教学中大体标本病理教学在“互联网+”教育背景下面临的困境与局限性,探讨在借助互联网平台与临床实践相互融合的学习模式中,如何提高大体病理标本的教学效果,以期加深学生对书本知识的理解并转化为临床实践技能。方法选择中山大学医学院2021级临床医学专业100名本科生为研究对象,通过设计问卷和访谈的办法,发掘并分析“互联网+”教育背景下病理学实验教学中,大体标本示教模式及临床思维转化过程中存在的问题,针对调查问卷反馈改进大体病理标本的示教模式,并对改进后的教学模式进行可行性分析。结果40%的同学对利用互联网平台观察病理大体标本进行实验教学感到不满意;74%的同学认为应增加大体病理示教标本的数量,并丰富大体病理的学习资源;89%的学生有兴趣前往病理科学习和观摩取材,并认为通过实践去理解疾病的发生发展和转归非常必要。访谈分析发现,前往病理科学习和观摩取材的同学认为其动手实践能力有所提高,并初步建立了病理诊断能力,了解了病理诊断的重要性,为进一步的临床学习打下了基础。结论①互联网平台与临床实践相互融合、交互对病理学实验教学改革是有益的尝试;②观摩临床病理取材有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生了解大体标本与显微镜下组织学形态改变的联系,并显著提高动手能力;③开发线上模拟取材计算机软件能够帮助医学院校在资源有限的条件下提高大体标本病理教学效果,有机整合镜下特征,提高临床病理诊断能力;④编写病理大体标本的在线实习手册有益于帮助学生了解疾病的病史和一般检查情况,提升学生的综合判断能力和建立初步的临床思维。Objective This paper aims to analyze the dilemma and limitations of pathology teaching in the experimental teaching of pathology under the background of“Internet+”education,and to explore how to improve the teaching effect on gross pathology specimens with the integration of Internet platform and clinical practice learning mode,which deepen students’understanding of theoretical knowledge and help to transform the theoretical knowledge into clinical practical skills.Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine of Sun Yat-sen University School of Medicine in 2021 were selected as research objects to understand the problems in the teaching of general pathology specimens under the background of“Internet+”education through the design of questionnaires and interview analysis.The teaching mode of general pathological specimens has been optimized and improved according to the feedback from the participants.The feasibility of the improved one was tested.Results 40%of the students were unsatisfied with using the Internet platform to observe pathological specimens for experimental teaching.74%of the students believed that the number of general pathology teaching specimens should be increased and the learning resources of general pathology should be enriched.89%of students are interested in studying and learning from pathology,and believe that it is necessary to understand the etiology and prognosis of diseases through practice.The interview analysis found that the students who went to the pathology department to study and observed believed that their hands-on practical ability had been improved,and they had initially established their pathological diagnosis ability,understood the importance of pathological diagnosis,and laid a foundation for further clinical learning.Conclusion①The integration and interaction between Internet platform and clinical practice is a beneficial attempt for the reform of pathology experimental teaching.②Observing clinical pathological materials can help
