摘 要:目的探讨依托校园P2方舱实验室的情境式实训在2023年南京大学医学院临床医学专业本科生“病原体鉴定与免疫细胞分析技术”教学实践中的应用效果。方法采用情境式实训的方式进行实验课程教学设计,以无记名问卷调查方式让参加本课程学习的学生填写情境式实训教学调查问卷,对5个方面的内容进行调查分析。结果共收到62份有效的学生反馈调查问卷。绝大多数学生认为需对突发公共卫生事件具备充分认知;情境式实训教学效果优良,能够帮助学生理解、应用书本知识,提升综合能力;教学过程中,近70%的学生已能够开展自主探究式学习;几乎所有学生都对教师的教学予以肯定;学生表示,此项情境式实训教学结束后,会更加注重采用健康生活方式。结论将依托校园P2方舱实验室的情境式实训应用于“病原体鉴定与免疫细胞分析技术”课程的教学有助于提升此课程的教学效果和教育质量,引导医学生有使命地学习,培育其创新思维,增强其社会责任感。Objective To investigate the impact of situational training based on the campus P2 shelter laboratory on the teaching practice of“Pathogen Identification and Immune Cell Analysis Technique”for clinical medical undergraduates at Nanjing University Medical School in 2023.Methods Employed situational training for designing experimental course teaching.An anonymous questionnaire was administered to students,focusing on five aspects,to evaluate the teaching effect of situational training.Results A total of 62 valid student feedback questionnaires were received.The findings indicated that most students recognized the importance of gaining a comprehensive understanding of public health emergencies.Situational training demonstrated significant effectiveness by facilitating comprehension and application of theoretical knowledge,enhancing overall abilities.During the instructional process,approximately 70%of students engaged in independent inquiry learning.Nearly 100%of students expressed full satisfaction with teachers’instruction.Furthermore,after undergoing situational training,students expressed intentions to prioritize adopting healthier lifestyles.Conclusion The practice of applying the situational training based on the campus P2 makeshift laboratory to the course of“Pathogen Identification and Immune cell Analysis Technology”helps to improve the teaching effect and education quality of this course,guide medical students to learn with a mission,cultivate their innovative thinking and enhance their sense of social responsibility.
