摘  要:学校生活离不开学校纪律。从学校纪律的意涵与价值追求来看,它旨在改善学生行为习惯,促进学生道德人格发展,并构筑和谐有序的学校生活。但在教育实践生活中,学校纪律常常脱离教育目标,忽视学生成长需要,致使纪律演变成一种控制手段和规训工具。为了化解学校纪律的现实困境,实现其应然价值,可以尝试从以下三个方面进行探索与改进。其一,立足于学生发展需要,维护学生基本权益。其二,提升学生道德认知,促进学生自由发展。其三,基于学校生活特点,追求美善教育生活。School life is inseparable from school discipline.From the implication and its value pursuit of school discipline,it aims at improving students'behavioral habits,promoting the development of students'moral personality,and building a harmonious and orderly school life.While in the practical life of education,school discipline is often detached from educational goals and neglects the needs of students'growth,so that discipline is evolved into a means of control and a tool of discipline.In order to solve the practical dilemma of school discipline and realize its due value,we can try to explore and improve it in the following three ways.Firstly,follow developmental needs of students and safeguard the basic rights of students.Secondly,enhance students'moral cognition and promote their free development.Thirdly,pursuit a beautiful and good educational life based on the characteristics of school life.
